Mobile Pottery Parties - Pottery in Motion®
is a mobile paint-your-own pottery company based in Mid Devon. If you are stuck for ideas for a children's birthday party, call us and we will arrive with everything that is needed for your children to paint unique masterpieces.
Choose from unglazed mugs and cups, plates and bowls, children's ornaments, piggy banks and seasonal pieces, all of which you can view online. Pottery in Motion brings the chosen pottery, paints, brushes and some helpful advice and then the children get going. Once they have finished, the company will take the painted pottery away to glaze and fire in a kiln, ready to be returned to you within a few days. This is an ideal activity for children from the ages of five years old and a party package is generally £120 for up to ten children.
Pottery in Motion will travel in Mid Devon and Exeter areas.
Pottery in Motion is not only limited to children, a group of mums could get together and paint their babies' hand or footprints. Pottery in Motion is a good team building activity and works well for corporate events. Telephone them with ideas and a rough budget and they will come up with some solutions. You could also paint mementoes for guests at a wedding.
You can have a themed pottery painting party. This could be fairies, Disney characters, dinosaurs, and dragons to name a few. These larger items are not included in the standard party pack, so contact us for more information.
Pottery in Motion DIY Kits
- Pottery in Motion can provide a DIY pack. A box will be delivered complete with pottery, paints and brushes, ready for you to work on in your own time. They will then finish the items off by glazing and firing.
- Pottery in Motion DIY pack can be collected from our studio at Cheriton Fitzpaine, EX17 4JR. You can choose your own pieces from the website or we will advise you depending on the age of the children. A pack for up to 10 children will cost £80.00 if collected or £90.00 if we deliver the pack to you.
- Pottery in Motion will need a minimum of two week’s prior notice to prepare the pottery pieces.
